Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Since many of our items are custom-designed, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

Delivery Estimates: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days depending on your location in India.

Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on orders over ₹1,499. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking ID via email once your order has been handed over to our courier partner.

Returns & Replacements

At Vedha Vasanangal, we take great pride in our designs. Because many of our products are made-to-order or personalized, we have a specific return policy:

Damaged on Arrival: If your frame, mug, or sipper arrives damaged during transit, we will replace it for free. Please take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging and contact us.

Incorrect Items: If you receive a different design or product than what you ordered, we will send the correct item at no additional cost.

Standard Returns: If you change your mind about a non-personalized item, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs in this case will be the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized Products: Items customized with specific names, photos, or custom verses cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance or special sale are final sale.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
